Introduction to the different types of airbrushes, compressors, hoses, paints, reducers, cleaners, stencils, and safety equipment. We cover air pressure/PSI, paint consistency, trigger control, and how distance and airflow affect the spray.
Hands-on demonstration of assembling and connecting the airbrush, loading paint, testing the spray, changing colors, flushing the system, cleaning the needle and nozzle, troubleshooting clogs and splattering, and properly storing your equipment.
Practice dots, lines, fades, dagger strokes, shading, outlining, highlights, gradients, lettering, and basic stencil work — including Clarke's graffiti and bubble-letter techniques.
