When you register for a class, we collect the details you enter in the registration form — typically your name, email address, and any notes or questions you choose to share — along with the class you selected and the confirmation code generated for your registration.

We use your information to confirm your registration, send you your confirmation code and class details, contact you about schedule changes, and answer questions you send us. If you email us, we use your message to reply.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the site and run classes — for example our website and database hosting and the video meeting platform used for live sessions — and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.

The site uses only the storage needed to keep the site working, such as remembering an administrator sign-in session. We don't use the site to build advertising profiles.

We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the class and keep our own business records. You can ask us to delete your registration details at any time.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you gave us, or ask what we hold, by emailing the address below. You can also ask us to stop sending you class emails.

Younger students are welcome in class, but registrations should be made by a parent or guardian who can receive the class emails and confirmation code.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date shown at the top of this page.
