What Students Should Leave Knowing
By the end of this airbrush session, students will have a solid foundation in airbrushing techniques, equipment care, custom design, and the business side of airbrushing.
Students will learn how to properly set up, use, clean, and maintain an airbrush, understand basic air pressure and paint control, and troubleshoot common equipment issues. They will practice essential techniques such as lines, fades, shading, outlining, lettering, color blending, and stencil work.
Students will also learn how to create custom designs on T-shirts, sneakers, hats, denim, canvas, and other surfaces, including proper preparation and finishing techniques.
In addition to hands-on airbrushing, students will gain an introduction to starting and operating an airbrush business, including pricing their work, calculating material and labor costs, communicating with customers, handling custom orders and approvals, marketing their services, and presenting their finished work professionally.
Most importantly, students should leave the session with the basic skills, knowledge, and confidence to continue practicing their craft, develop their own creative style, and begin turning their airbrush skills into a business opportunity.
